Our Story
Shared Paths LLC was built on a simple belief: that every person — regardless of age or circumstance — deserves a stable, dignified place to call home.
Our Mission
Shared Paths LLC was founded to address two of the most overlooked housing challenges in our communities: seniors who need affordable, independent living options, and young adults who age out of foster care with nowhere to go.
These are very different populations — but they share a common need. A real home. A stable foundation. The dignity of living life on their own terms.
We operate in Central Indiana and Central Florida, placing residents in actual houses in real neighborhoods — not facilities, not group homes, not temporary shelters. Just homes.
"Every person deserves a place to call home — and a path forward that's truly their own."
What We Stand For
Every person deserves a real home — not a facility, not a shelter, not a temporary fix. We provide housing that respects the humanity of every resident.
We lead with empathy. Whether a resident is 22 or 72, we meet them where they are and walk alongside them without judgment.
Independence doesn't mean isolation. We connect residents to neighbors, local services, and the broader community so no one has to go it alone.
A stable home is the foundation for everything else — health, employment, relationships, and hope. We provide that foundation.
